Academy of Healthcare Excellence is approved by the New Jersey Department of Education to operate as a private career school in the State of New Jersey, authorizing the institution to offer its healthcare training programs to students.
New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development
NJDOL
AHE programs are approved through the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, making eligible students able to access funding through One-Stop Career Centers and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) for qualifying programs.
New Jersey Board of Nursing

The Practical Nursing (LPN) Program and the Certified Home-Maker Home Health Aide (CHHA) Program at Academy of Healthcare Excellence operate under the approval of the New Jersey Board of Nursing. The NJBON oversees nursing education programs, sets the standards for NCLEX-PN eligibility, and governs the certification requirements for Home Health Aide practice in the State of New Jersey.

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and Certified Medication Aide (CMA) programs at Academy of Healthcare Excellence are approved through the New Jersey Department of Health. The NJDOH oversees the NJ Nurse Aide Registry and governs the Medication Aide certification, ensuring graduates of both programs meet the state's standards for employment in licensed long-term care and healthcare facilities.
