About the Program
The Practical Nursing Program at Academy of Healthcare Excellence provides students with the comprehensive clinical and theoretical foundation needed to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. Through a combination of classroom instruction, laboratory practice, and supervised clinical rotations, students develop proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and health education. Our program is designed for working adults seeking an accelerated path into professional nursing, with experienced instructors guiding every step of the journey.
License Earned
Graduates are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN examination — the national licensure exam for Practical Nurses. Upon passing, graduates earn the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing, authorizing them to practice as a licensed nurse throughout the state and across the country.
